Ali’s early life was marked by formidable challenges that might have thwarted many, but not him. Growing up in a family that struggled to make ends meet, he viewed education as his conduit to a brighter future. His relentless dedication and industriousness bore fruit when he became the first in his family to graduate, and not just from any institution, but from the illustrious South Valley University. Ali’s brilliance radiated as he graduated at the pinnacle of his class and was elected president, exemplifying his leadership and academic acumen. He subsequently earned an influential bachelor's degree in Business.

Professional Ascent in Egypt

Right out of college, Ali joined The Egyptian Media Production City, quickly making a name for himself in marketing. His innovative approach and undeniable talent led to a rapid promotion, and by the age of 24, he was heading the department. Concurrently, he pursued his master's degree from Aswan University, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and excellence.

His next big move was to KidZania Cairo, where he served as the Regional Director. Here, he further honed his skills and demonstrated his ability to lead and innovate in a high-stakes environment.

A Leap Across Continents

Ali’s career trajectory took an international dimension when he resolved to relocate to Los Angeles. Equipped with scrupulous planning and an extensive network of connections, he applied to Fox Corporation. Acknowledging his prodigious potential, Fox appointed him as Director of Platform Partnerships. In this distinguished capacity, Ali garnered invaluable experience at one of the most colossal and influential entertainment conglomerates globally.

Crossing Paths

It was during his tenure at Fox that I had the privilege of encountering Ali. His humility and tenacity immediately captivated me. We spent numerous occasions together, engaging in discussions about our dreams and aspirations. Ali articulated his vision of bringing his family to the USA and offering them a better life. His narrative profoundly moved me, and I reached out to my friends to assist him in realizing this aspiration.

A Strategic Partnership

Although Ali was satisfied with his role at Fox, I perceived a greater potential within him. With my endorsement and a recommendation letter, he secured the position of Business Affairs Executive at William Morris Entertainment (WME). During this tenure, Ali orchestrated a $9 million contract for my company, Newman ETAPs, propelling it to the vanguard of the entertainment industry. Our rapport deepened as we collaborated on numerous projects.

The Next Level

The sale of Newman ETAPs brought uncertainty about our future collaboration. However, fate had other plans. Ali transitioned to a new career as Director of Security at International Protective Service (IPS), where he once again facilitated a crucial partnership with NewSwing Academies.

Recognizing his exceptional talent and loyalty, I offered Ali the role of Vice President of Global Business Development at NewSwing. This proved to be one of the best decisions for the company. Ali helped open an office in Cairo and, after meticulous planning, prepared to move to Los Angeles full-time.

A New Chapter at NewSwing Academies

Ali's commitment to his family presented a significant hurdle for the relocation. To facilitate his smooth transition, I covertly orchestrated the naturalization of his family as US citizens, arranging a charter plane and securing a fully-paid residence in Los Angeles. The young man who had endured ridicule for his humble beginnings now achieved his aspiration of providing for his loved ones. Presently, Ali resides in a magnificent home just a stone's throw away from his family.

A Legacy of Success

Ali’s odyssey is not merely a narrative of career achievements but also a saga of personal conquest. He founded Malik Advancements, which burgeoned into a revered investment powerhouse in Cairo over 17 years, carving out a niche of distinction in their local domain. Subsequently, he astutely sold the company to NewSwing for a substantial $11.8 million. His endeavors have played a pivotal role in facilitating NewSwing's expansive forays into Egypt, Europe, and South America.
