In a bold move, we will be transitioning to a larger house to accommodate our expanding needs and continue our unique office setup.

It is with immense pride and excitement that I announce a momentous milestone in the journey of NewSwing Academies Global. Our company, renowned for its innovation and unorthodox office spaces, is embarking on a new chapter. After 14 transformative months at Casa De NewSwing atop the Hollywood Hills, we have outgrown our beloved 13,000-square-foot headquarters. Today, as Chairman, President, and Founder, I am thrilled to introduce our new headquarters: NewSwing Manor.

Manor History

Our new headquarters reflects the wealth and prosperity of NewSwing Academies Global. Located off Sunset Boulevard in the prestigious neighborhood of Holmby Hills, this magnificent 30,000-square-foot estate, built in 1939 on 3 acres of lush greenery, signifies a remarkable leap in our growth. Designed by the legendary architect Paul Williams, the estate seamlessly merges colonial architecture with modern amenities, offering a chic and timeless experience.

A World Class Estate

NewSwing Manor is a world-class property that offers unparalleled privacy and security, set behind a long, gated driveway. The main house boasts ample space for both indoor and outdoor entertaining, featuring a catering kitchen, infinity pool, and sauna. A separate 5,500-square-foot building houses a theater, a redesigned indoor putting green, and 10 stunning offices. All 14 bedrooms have been meticulously renovated into elegant offices, creating a modern atmosphere with bright, airy colors and warm wood floors.

Nature Mixed with Innovation

The beautifully manicured grounds of NewSwing Manor include rolling lawns, mature trees, a tennis court, a lush Japanese and Mediterranean Garden, and a greenhouse for growing our own produce. This estate epitomizes entertainment, providing the perfect setting for large events, movie screenings, high-scale fashion events, and charity galas. Every occasion held here will be an unforgettable experience.

What to Expect at NewSwing Manor

With a team of 280 individuals, NewSwing Manor will offer every imaginable amenity, with future renovations to include a practice golf area with three golf holes, a helicopter pad, and a small golf range. This distinguished estate is the height of elegance and privacy, with a flawless layout that will serve our NewSwing Academies Global family, staff, clients, and guests perfectly. This Office will be home to the entire executive team, directors of the USA, and a few of our amazing partners.
