Having acquired the prestigious mansion as their dream home earlier in the year, Jose and Mark, both successful in their respective fields as an entrepreneur and a social media content creator/model, saw this property not only as a remembrance to their past success but as a canvas for their future ambitions.
As the narrative unfolds, we fast-forward to April, a pivotal moment in NewSwing's journey with the sale of Newman ETAPs and the meteoric rise of the company. Although the option to stay at the premier office in Century City was granted by Endeavor, Jose, always the trailblazer, sought an unconventional approach. Dissatisfied with the confines of traditional office spaces, he envisioned a headquarters that echoed the avant-garde spirit of NewSwing.
In May, fueled by the success of Newman ETAPs, Jose transformed his dream home into Casa De NewSwing. The mansion, now spanning over 13,000 sqft, boasts state-of-the-art facilities including a pool, an indoor spa, a theater, 6 indoor bays, two putting greens, 3 outdoor terraces, 2 lounges, and 15 offices for the leadership team.
The transformation wasn't without challenges. Jose, with the support of contractors, reached out to the homeowners association (HOA) and neighbors, leveraging his status as an entertainment phenom. The city and neighborhood, recognizing the potential for greatness, granted approval for Casa De NewSwing to become the headquarters of NewSwing.
Late in June 2023, Casa De NewSwing stood as a $25 million symbol of NewSwing's power, prosperity, and an unconventional setting. It was more than just an office—it embodied the progressive approach that sets NewSwing apart in the spectator sports industry.
With a chauffeur service, valet, helicopter pad, on-property staff, and five chefs, Casa De NewSwing defied the norms of a traditional headquarters. It was a place where clients could feel at home, a reflection of Jose's vision to transform NewSwing from a company into a warm and inviting community.
