NewSwing Academies has officially expanded into Canada, marking a significant milestone in our company's history. After months of due diligence, hard negotiations, and support from our partners, we have successfully closed on five prestigious office locations across the country. These new offices will serve as the backbone for our entrance into Canada, an uncharted territory for us, and a land brimming with opportunities and promise.

Vancouver: The Heart of Entertainment

Our Vancouver office, a sprawling 14,000 sqft space in the prestigious Burrard Slopes under Ivanhoe Cambridge, was acquired for $12 million. This location will be the home of NewSwing Canada’s entertainment sector. The office is undergoing extensive renovations to include a fun space, an ultra-luxury welcoming suite, and high-end offices for our executive team. This space is designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and innovation, ensuring that our entertainment division thrives in this vibrant city.

Calgary: The Pinnacle of Golf Excellence

In Calgary, we have secured a 10,500 sqft stand-alone former medical office for $3.5 million. This facility will be transformed into a two-story NewSwing fully loaded golf suite, making it a state-of-the-art facility where our athletes, golf partners, and main office for golf operations in Canada will be headquartered. Our renovations will ensure that this location becomes a premier destination for golf enthusiasts and professionals alike, setting new standards in the industry.

Montreal: A Historical Landmark

Our Montreal office, steeped in history and linked to major events such as the burning of the Parliament and the riots of 1849, stands to the evolution of this area towards present-day downtown Montreal. This nearly 6,000 sqft building, purchased for $5 million, is one of the oldest urban residences and will serve as the statement piece of our Canadian offices. While preserving its historical integrity, we are making a few indoor upgrades to ensure it meets our modern needs.

Regina: A Beacon of Sustainability

In Regina, we have acquired a brand-new 6,000 sqft building equipped with its own solar system for just under $1.5 million. This green powerhouse reflects our commitment to achieving the smallest carbon footprint possible. With 15 offices, all-natural lighting, and two kitchens, this location is perfect for contract negotiations and demonstrates our dedication to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Edmonton: The Canadian Headquarters

Our Edmonton office, the crown jewel of NewSwing Academies in Canada, is a state-of-the-art facility situated atop 2 acres of land. This $6 million, 7,000 sqft office will serve as our Canada head office. Currently undergoing eight major renovations to create a golf facility complete with putting greens, a golf range, and two practice holes, this location epitomizes our vision for expansion and excellence in Canada.
