Our journey in the entertainment industry began modestly, taking an unconventional approach to talent management through Newman ETAPs, originally known as AndersonWorks. Under the visionary leadership of founder Jose Manuel Anderson, the company’s roots were grounded in his entrepreneurial spirit and his ability to foster meaningful connections with creators.

Jose’s initial pitch to Santander Consumer for a loan, combined with his relationships with emerging social media creators, set the foundation for Newman ETAPs. These creators, drawn to Jose's youth, understanding of their challenges, and innovative ideas, entrusted him as their manager. This trust propelled Jose into the spotlight as a key investor in the famed Hype House, cementing his reputation in the industry.

At its peak, Newman ETAPs managed a network of over 70 creators, securing contracts exceeding $100 million. Jose's innate ability to advocate for creators and earn their respect became a hallmark of the company’s success. This impressive trajectory culminated in Endeavor Group Holdings's acquisition of Newman ETAPs for $28 million in April 2023.

Building on this success, Jose launched NewSwing TAPs, a reimagined and enhanced version of his previous venture, now operating under a globally recognized name in entertainment. This next chapter allowed for rapid growth and expanded horizons. Today, NewSwing TAPs boasts a portfolio of nearly 85 creators, athletes, high-net-worth clients, and small entertainment companies, positioning it as a leader in the industry.
